Trust Bio-sonics
Founded in February 2013, Trust Bio-sonics is an innovative pharmaceutical company specializing in lipid microsphere technology, focusing on the development of diagnostic agents and next-generation drug delivery platforms.
Our leading candidate, TBS-002, is a new ultrasound enhancing agent designed to enhance the sensitivity of frontline ultrasound imaging for blood flow visualization. It enables real-time observation of vascular structures and flow dynamics, aiding in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and abdominal and superficial tumors, addressing the urgent need for early diagnosis. TBS-002 has been granted multiple patents globally and is currently in Phase III clinical trials in Taiwan and the U.S.
Driven by a commitment to advancing medical technology, Trust Bio-sonics has expanded its proprietary platform to develop enhanced therapeutic solutions for hard-to-treat diseases, such as pancreatic cancer. Utilizing ultrasound-responsive lipid microspheres in combination with focused ultrasound, we induce cavitation and shockwaves at targeted locations, improving vascular permeability and enabling localized drug delivery. This platform has demonstrated significant survival benefits in preclinical studies and supports the targeted delivery of chemotherapeutics, biologics, and gene therapies.
Our core mission is to integrate and innovate medical imaging and drug delivery technologies, including contrast agents, AI-assisted imaging analysis, drug formulation design, and ultrasound-mediated drug delivery, to provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic solutions—realizing the goal of "early diagnosis, early treatment."
